Upgrade BrowserSince 2010 Million Little has been providing strengths-based/therapeutic arts programs and ongoing research projects for schools and community organizations in Los Angeles County and beyond. We have helped over 1,000 children and adults who have experienced incarceration, abuse, neglect, poverty and homelessness.
Our approach enables children to fully commit to the process, to use their creativity to learn, develop, and grow, and to have their authentic and unique cultures honored and valued in the learning experience.
Our Partners include LA County Department of Probation, LA County Department of Health Services, William S. Hart Union High School District, Sulphur Spring Union School District, East Los Angeles Women’s Center, Crystal Stairs, Domestic Violence Center of Santa Clarita Valley, Boys & Girls Club, Family Promise, Child & Family Center of Santa Clarita, College of the Canyons and more.
The programs, services and research that we provide are built on a culture of collaboration and true partnership – an open and experiential process between partners. We share our knowledge, experience and dispositions with our partners and ask for theirs in return, resulting in authentic growth and learning for all parties.
This model empowers everyone, especially those whom we serve. This collaborative and experiential model requires those engaged to take risks and embrace the movement and synergy of new possibilities. Through this model, we hope to create authentic social change.
At Million Little we bridge the disconnect for those who have been left behind, to enrich and empower all in ways that bring back joy to learning, imagination and meaning through CREATIVITY.

We believe that creativity is the agent that connects and bridges our differences, enabling a shared vision for positive change.
Having someone in your life who truly sees you for who you are can change the trajectory of your life and becomes a powerful antidote to self-doubt and suffering. We believe that relationship building is the foundation in which healing occurs.
We believe in environments where people are valued and encouraged to stay curious; where they feel safe to explore; which tap the richness of the natural environment, and also prepare them for their social condition.
The process of acceptance—of circumstances and ourselves—is the key to healing and lasting transformation. We see obstacles as opportunities for new possibilities, and we embrace our mistakes as our best guidance.
We see every individual as a strong, competent and powerful being. In the midst of chaos and uncertainty, we trust in people, their potential and the process.
We believe that empowerment is the engaged-experience of a journey of discovering potential and authentic voice through creative doing.
