It just takes one person to make a difference in the life of a young person. Caring adults with an open heart and an hour each week are invited to apply to be that one for a youth at Million Little!
Learn more about the importance of mentorship on positive youth development here and witness the Magic of Mentoring through
Armand Lawrich King’s TEDTalk below:
Mentors are carefully matched with ML participants ages 15-24 based on the needs, interests, and strengths of both mentors and mentees. Mentors can work remotely and/or in person to support the specific goals of their mentee and serve as collaborators and co-learners in their journey. Please read through all of the requirements before applying:
*Only required upon matching with a Mentee under the age of 18
Selected applicants will be invited to interview for a position on our Mentor Program Roster. Upon successful completion of the interview and live scan background check, accepted Mentors will begin Million Little’s thoughtful matching process. This process can take up to several months and can take as little as a few weeks, so patience and commitment are paramount!
