You may have seen this project’s artistic billboards around Los Angeles and wondered what they were selling. When in fact, the #WhyWeRise campaign is an initiative put on by the city of Los Angeles to spark conversation on mental health amongst youth 14-24. It aims to empower young people to “take ownership of their wellbeing and transform talk into action-- for themselves, friends and family, and the larger community.”
